• Mrs Sheila

  Sheila is the owner of The Goddard School located in Chesterfield, Missouri. She has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Southeast State University. She has earned a Master's degree in Elementary Administration from University of Missouri. Sheila has been a proud owner of a Goddard School for twenty-two years.

• Ms Jill

  Hello, my name is Jill and I am the Head of School for the Chesterfield Goddard School. I have a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Fontbonne University. I take pride in striving for excellence and providing quality childcare, while promoting a fun and positive workplace for our staff. Prior to becoming Head of School, I worked as a director and classroom teacher for several years. My experience in these has been a valuable tool in understanding both the needs of our students and our employees. My goal is to build strong relationships and create a sense of community within our school. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our three dogs. I also dabble in interior decorating, love to travel, and enjoy watching and playing sports. CPR/First Aid certified.

  Hi, I'm Ms. Casey! I am a Parkway graduate and have my Bachelor's in Education from Maryville University. I have over 5 years of experience in childcare and teaching enrichment programs. I am committed to working with you to ensure your child's happiness, safety, and learning confidence. In my free time, you can find me wandering through a park or museum with my husband and three kids. I also enjoy painting and curling up with a good book and one of my cats.

  My name is Jackie, and I have a degree in Early Childhood Education as well as an Occupational Therapy Assistant degree. I have over 10 years of experience working with children and fostering their growth. My husband, Justin, and our son, Maverick, enjoy spending time outdoors camping, visiting the zoo, and having family movie nights. I am passionate about teaching because I love seeing children learn, grow, and develop confidence in their abilities. Helping children build a strong foundation for a lifetime of learning is incredibly rewarding. I strive to create a fun and supportive environment where every child feels valued.

  Hello and welcome! My name is Kaleigh; some call me Kay for short. I am excited to work with your child in our classroom! I have about a year of experience in Early Childhood Education before coming to Goddard and am currently pursuing my associate’s degree is Elementary Education at St. Charles Community college. I will obtain my bachelor’s degree at Western Governors University online. I am also a certified paramedic. My husband, CJ and I have a German Shepard/Malinois named Sarge who loves to play in the pond by our house. For fun, I love to read books and watch new Netflix shows! One thing I love about working with children is seeing their young minds at work in this new world around them. I can’t wait to get to know you and your child! CPR/First Aid Certified

  Hi, my name is Natalie. I’m originally from Cali, Colombia and moved here over 24 years ago. I have worked with infants for the past 20 years. I have a bachelor's degree in child psychology, and I am currently working on my master's degree at Maryville University. I truly love working with children. I also find the development in their early years fascinating. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family. CPR/First Aid certified.

  Hello my name is Sam! I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Urshan University. I recently moved back into the St Louis area from Nashville, TN. I have been a music instructor teaching since 2020. I enjoy practicing my guitar and doing studio projects in my free time. I love teaching young people and helping them grow in music! I am excited to help your child grow through music!

  Hello, my name is Kaytlee. Before joining The Goddard School, I served for four years as a military police officer in the United States Air Force. I am very grateful for the experience, but I knew my heart was in childcare and helping kids learn and grow. I now live with my fiancé and our two long-haired miniature dachshunds. In our free time, we love going on walks with the dogs and spending cozy nights at home watching our favorite shows together. I feel honored to support children during these important early years and help them grow with confidence and curiosity.

I’ve worked in the childcare setting for over a year now but I have nieces and nephews who I’ve helped raise since they were born. I love being outdoors and fishing with my family and friends.
