He has more than 15 years of facility experience in in project management, engineering design, property condition assessments, construction administration, and technical report writing. Kyle has been providing real estate due diligence services for over 14 years. The services he provides includes home inspections, residential structural inspections, multifamily and commercial Property Condition Assessments (PCA), energy audits, forensic engineering, reserve studies, design, and construction loan monitoring. He has performed Property Condition Assessments for hundreds of properties including 30+ story buildings, 1 million+ square foot industrial properties, and 250+ unit apartment complexes.
